has an opening for an Assistant Program Manager Trainee at one of our group homes in Oshkosh, WI.

Duties Include but are not limited to:
Overlook the daily operations of programs for adults with mental illness or developmental disabilitiesAssist Program Manager in scheduling & supervising program staffImplements clientEUR(TM)s Individualized Service PlanAssist the Program Manager in ensuring that assigned program/programs meet or exceed all regulatory requirements as well as PLS standards, practices, policies and proceduresMember of Crisis Management Team with on-call responsibilitiesRequirements:
Ability to work 2nd shift, every other weekend, and required crisis rotations18 years of ageHS Diploma or equivalentAcceptable caregiver background checkValid driverEUR(TM)s license with clean driving record and 5 years driving experiencePreferred
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate is motivated, organized, caring, people-skilled individual that enjoy a variety of job duties while helping otherEUR(TM)s be successful.
One year of Human Services related experience preferredCBRF certificationsBenefits Offered:
