Liquids Operator I or II

This full time position is responsible for care and efficient operation of the city sewage treatment plant through performance of a variety of skilled and technical work in operating, maintaining, repairing, recording sewage plant operations on an assigned shift. Work includes covering a large working area which contains several operating units of the sewage treatment plant during assigned rotating shifts. Requirements for Liquids Operator I: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; 1-5 years experience in Water, Wastewater or related field; State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Grade T Certification, Valid State of Wisconsin Drivers license; OR Associate Degree in Water, Wastewater, or related field; the ability to obtain a State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Grade T Certification within one year of employment; and Valid State of Wisconsin Driver's License. Requirements for Liquids Operator II: State of Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Advanced General Certification plus 1 advanced subclass; and valid driver's license; and Associates degree in Water, Wastewater, or related field; or High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of experience in Water, Wastewater or related field. Wage range is for Operator I is 1332.80 - 1523.20 bi-weekly, plus benefits. Wage range for Operator II is 1685.60 - 1926.40 bi-weekly. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
