As a Merchandise Service Center Associate, you'll be working in our Call Center, communicating with our customers and other Eastbay/Footlocker's business units on a daily basis.
A Merchandise Service Center Associates is responsible for:
- Facilitating inbound and outbound telephone calls, and greeting customers and resolving customer and store inquires in a efficient and professional manner.
- Work with open orders, reporting and ensuring orders are fulfilled or re-assigned in a timely fashion.
- Assist customers in product selections and enter related information into the computer database.
- Additional and/or similar customer service related duties as assigned.
Hours Available
Part Time:
1st and 2nd shift availability. Part-time hours are flexible! We require a minimum of 15 hours per week including 6 hours of availability every weekend (Morning, afternoon and evening availability).

Experience:

- Intermediate or higher level of typing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Great phone skills
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task with keyboarding and phone skills required
