Summer Painting and Management Position

Company Name:
College Pro Painters
College Pro is an exterior residential painting company. College Pro is currently hiring Painters and Job Site Managers in many regions and looking to hire immediately for the summer of 2014.
The position for consideration is a full time, summer seasonal position. This is a fun and challenging position that is ideal for someone wanting to get hands-on experience in completing group projects, budget management, effective marketing, and customer service while gaining experience not typically earned in a traditional internship. You will get the opportunity to work outdoors with other like-minded individuals while earning a good hourly wage. The ideal individual is competitive, hard working, able to communicate effectively, organized, athletic, and has a desire for leadership. This position is a great alternative to summer intern positions, allowing driven, entrepreneurial-minded individuals to learn practical skills in a leadership role. Individuals that feel they meet the job requirements listed below are encouraged to apply.
Those found with leadership experience may be selected from the interview process as a Job Site Manager, in which you will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience in leading your own crew of several painters. Ask to be considered for this if you feel you might be a good fit. Both Painter and Job Site Manager positions can lead to promotions with College Pro.
