Maintenance Engineer, Oshkosh, WI, 55-60k -TMME
Our Client Company is a pairs creative engineering, technical know-how and advanced automation to produce high-quality, economically-priced bearings, motor mounts, linkages, oil cups, shaft collars, lazy susan bearings and specialty products. They are currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer in the Oshkosh, WI area. The salary is 55-60k depending on experience.
Summary: The Maintenance Engineer is a very hands on/getting involved
position
that is responsible for maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and production machinery and equipment; physical plant structure; utilities; and grounds (e.g. parking lot, lawn, lights) in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. This position is also responsible for supervising and managing plant mechanics and specialists and maintaining compliance on safety, PSM and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
Associate degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or similar field.
Five to seven years of experience in supervisory positions utilizing a combination of technical, managerial, and financial expertise.
Electrician preferred.
Ten years progressive experience in or around manufacturing.
Thorough knowledge of OSHA, NEC and EPA regulations relative to plant operation and maintenance.
Must have strong working knowledge of CAD.
Welding experience required, TIG preferred.
Must have a strong working knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical systems.
Knowledge of various machinery configuration software, soft start controllers and press PLCs. (i.e. Steinboch)
Building maintenance experience preferred.
Demonstrated leadership skills including project and performance management.
Solid knowledge of production, press operation and maintenance.
Must be able to read and understand narrative, graphic, drawing, blueprints and technical materials.
Must be able to operate machinery efficiently and safely.
Incredible attention to detail, to ensure accurate use of internal systems and processing of information.
Analytical skills to enable quick compilation of additional research.
High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 required.
Must be a US citizen or Green Card Holder.
