Summary:
This position is responsible for addressing the ATM technical service needs of Cornerstone Processing Solutions, Inc.
merchants and customers to ensure their ATM terminals are functioning properly, for purchasing and maintaining an inventory of parts, tools, keys and reference manuals necessary for routine service issues, for tracking and documenting service calls and costs, for ensuring customers are appropriately invoiced for the service and parts provided, and for providing the overall supervision and management of the CPS Service Department.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES /
Responsibilities:
Install, convert, repair, and remove ATMs Event ATM setup and removal Execute dispatched work orders as scheduled/requested Perform cash replenishments Communicate inventory and support requests in order to complete scheduled tasks in an accurate and timely manner Perform administrative paperwork in a complete, accurate, and timely manner Refurbish/repair ATMs Complete assigned tasks within scheduling deadlines Perform work accurately and thoroughly Complete all refurbish/repair documentation accurately and on-time Maintain inventory standards as defined by the manager OTHER JOB DUTIES / EXPECTATIONS:
Maintain a professional image.
Maintain inventory standards as required.
Attend training as requested.
Identify and recommend efficiency improvements.
Operate as a team player.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Flexible work schedule Work independently with minimal supervision.
REQUIREMENTS /
Qualifications:
(Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities) High School Degree / GED Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to be insured through Company's risk insurer Ability to work in a safe manner when moving ATMs, using power tools, and while driving Have experience with hand and power tools (hammer drill, impact driver, Sawzall, grinder) Basic proficiency with computers (Ethernet, IP Settings) Basic knowledge of electrical Ability to follow the CPS policies & procedures Exhibit the following traits:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by Team Members to successfully perform the essential functions of the field technician position.
Communication:
While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to communicate with customers in the field, and fellow Team Members, which requires the ability to speak and hear.
Required to complete reports which requires ability to write and/or type.
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift ATMs with the the assistance of equipment (ATMs generally weigh 150-200lbs).
Lift ATM parts less than 50lbs by hand.
Load & Unload ATMs into service vans, and customer locations.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a traveling capacity within a company van and takes direction via phone or email.
This job operates from our corporate office and at customer locations (indoor/outdoor) throughout the state of Wisconsin, being exposed to all weather conditions.
This role routinely uses lifting equipment, hand tools, power tools, laptop computer and cell phones.
Corporate office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:
00 am to 5:
00 pm.
While traveling, hours can vary.
We are looking for a full time Field Service Technician, will consider part time hours for a candidate with experience in this field.
