As an LPN, you will assume a pivotal position in delivering top-notch care to our residents, collaborating closely with therapists and fellow healthcare professionals to ensure their overall well-being and recovery.

LPN Duties:

- Administer direct patient care, including assessment, treatment, and medication administration.
- Collaborate with therapists to devise and execute personalized care plans.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms, promptly notifying physicians and other healthcare providers of any changes.
- Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment regimens.
- Maintain meticulous and thorough patient records.
- Aid in daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Foster a secure and comfortable environment for patients.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and infection control measures.
- Participate actively in staff meetings and training sessions.

LPN Requirements:

- Possession of a Practical Nursing diploma or an associate's degree in nursing (ADN), along with a current LPN license.
- Preferably a minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or a related setting.
- Proficiency in clinical skills.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
- Display compassion and patience in all interactions.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management aptitude.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
