Expedite customer orders Handle data entry of quotes, customer orders, internal stock builds, RFQ uploads to customer portal Assist with customer quality concerns Review customer Planning / forecasting schedules / floor inventory Run and customize account reports Assist with documentation requests Assist with other administrative duties as assigned Requirements OEM / Customer Portal experience helpful but not required AS400 familiarity a plus but not required Excel / Outlook / Word Strong organizational skills Ability to multi task Steel Industry experience helpful but not required Job Type:
