Position is offered in Oshkosh, Wisconsin to help oversee local apartment complex's Leasing Assistant Job Purpose:
Maintains property performance by advertising & filling vacancies.
Assisting the property manager with daily needs such as responding to inquiries, helping with showings, helping coordinate work orders.
Property Manager Job Duties:
Apartment Leasing -- Delivering property performance by advertising, showing, & filling vacancies.
Tenant Relations -- Maximizing tenant satisfaction by solving tenant work orders & complaints.
Online Paperwork -- Administer and audit tenant documents using AppFolio (online property management software).
Late Rents -- Minimizing property delinquencies by tenant follow up, negotiation, & action.
This is a part time position with competitive compensation.
