The primary responsibilities include answering the phone, providing over the counter customer service, and keeping the lobby and viewing areas clean.
Requirements include a positive and friendly attitude, and a strong ability to comminicate clearly with customers, collegues, and supervisors.
The successful candidate will have the ability to learn our class/fee management software and understand the different types of programs and classes offered at our facility.
Experience in customer service, and knowledge of the gymnastics industry would be beneficial.
