As a Store Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing a small team of employees, as well as ensuring that operational goals are met, and customer satisfaction is high.
Responsibilities:
Work 40 hours/week on average (sometimes more to maintain normal business hours).
Mostly morning shifts, and some days or evenings to maintain normal business hours.
Will need to be flexible and work weekends and most holidays.
Manage the store's staff and ensure that the store is running smoothly.
Ensure that all team members are receiving the proper training and education.
Work together with district and regional teams to achieve company goals.
Operate the register/credit card machines and interact with customers to provide a high level of customer service on each interaction.
Ensure store opening and closing procedures are completed.
Manage vendor relationships, inventory control, banking, bookkeeping, and other managerial duties as needed.
Verify age of customers for the legal sale of age restricted products such as alcohol and tobacco.
