Energy Services is seeking qualified applicants for a Customer Service position for our offices located in Oshkosh, WI.
This position is full time and will serve all communities within Wisconsin.
Must have a passion and outgoing personality for working with limited and low income households, excellent customer service, math and computer skills.
This position would entail answering phones, questions and scheduling appointments.
Experience working in a non-profit setting with limited income families, elderly and veterans a plus.
Bi-lingual (Spanish) language skills are also a plus.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8:
30 - 5:
00, hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays will go until 6:
00 for the heating season which is approximately eight months.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
