Responsibilities:
Develop positive working relationships with health care professionals and community partners and nurture existing relationships to encourage growth in local markets Educate local professionals in the market on the Heritage Senior Living brand and services through frequent communication; build relationships to encourage referrals Set, manage and track goals including completed calls, mailings, leads generated, appointments set, deposits taken/sales closed, and presentations for each location producing qualified leads and appointments; record all activity in customer relationship management (CRM) software Develop strategies to increase opportunities to meet and talk to professionals to increase referrals Update and maintain references and leads in PCC/CRM Requirements:
Ability to speak, read and write English Strong computer skills and Outlook and Microsoft software Must submit and pass all applicable pre-employment and annual tests and meet all training and other applicable state and federal guidelines Willing to have a presence on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment What you can expect from us:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
