We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to assist and support an assigned group of customers with their personal lines insurance needs, and to perform various administrative duties for the office.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have insurance experience and be friendly and outgoing.
Responsibilities include:
Take calls and inquiries from assigned insurance customers Provide information and consultation to customers regarding their insurance needs Obtain insurance quotes, and assist with claims Make requested changes and updates to accounts Enter and maintain information on client data base Perform various account transactions Receive and post payments and provide assistance with billing matters Requirements:
Three or more years of customer service experience in a professional office setting Licensed for property & casualty insurance Excellent customer service skills and professional phone manner Computer proficiency, basic knowledge of customer data bases, MS Office and common business computer applications Ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks Highly organized and ability to work independently Job Type:
