Maintenance Technician

We are looking for someone who is customer service focused, has high attention to detail, and is proactively willing to go the extra mile to help the team.
Tasks include:
Completion of work orders General maintenance and repair of apartment residences Light plumbing Overseeing maintenance projects Property inspections Vacant units being converted to rent ready units with the appropriate attention to detail Grounds maintenance Respond to emergency maintenance situations Other as assigned We are looking for someone who is a team player and dedicated to helping us to continue to grow while providing top notch service to our owners and residents.
Requirements:
Previous property maintenance experience Must be willing to service properties within a radius up to approximately 40 miles Light knowledge of electrical, appliance repair, and HVAC a plus Must be willing to be on call at least 1 weekend a month Highly motivated with the ability to work independently Results oriented Team player willing to go the extra mile to help residents and/or Blue Frog team It is expected that you will be able to manage your time in a way that allows for 40 hours per week of billable time Compensation:
$18 - $22 per hour depending on skillset and experience; may exceed this range for highly qualified candidates Company vehicle will be provided to use at work after a probationary period Eligible for companies Group Health Insurance plan You will receive 80 hours paid time off (PTO) per calendar year.
These hours are earned on a pro-rated basis throughout the year You will be eligible to participate in the Company's SIMPLE IRA Retirement Plan effective the first day of the month following, or coinciding with, one full calendar month of employment.
