The job is located at multiple apartment complexes in close proximity.
Maintenance Technician Job Purpose:
Maintains property upkeep by performing unit turns, completing work orders, providing general upkeep to building exteriors, and working with property manager to maintain the premise.
Maintenance Technician Job Duties:
Unit Turns -- Delivering turnover performance by turning vacant units using quality workmanship and meeting company deadlines.
Work Orders -- Completing Tenant & Manager maintenance requests with an attention to detail and in a timely manner.
Maintenance -- Maintaining general property upkeep in conjunction with the Property Manager and onsite team.
